About The Event & More

Join industry experts for a one-day event focused on technical, regulatory, and legal issues surrounding Superfund and Sediment Projects. We will explore tools, technical methods, and opportunities that can be used to solve the challenges we face on these projects.

Sessions will be conducted within the framework of a hypothetical contaminated sediment superfund project,  beginning with the receipt of a General Notice Letter (GNL) and progressing through the investigation, risk assessment, remediation of the site, and ultimately fulfillment of Natural Resource Damages (NRD) obligations—giving you the tools to navigate your Potentially Responsible Party (PRP) site.

In addition, two panels of legal experts will share lessons learned from their experience with PRP groups on contaminated sediment sites. Each legal panel has one general Pennsylvania CLE credit.

The Sediment & PRP Summit kicks off on September 22, and you're invited to take part in the discussion. Wyndham Philadelphia Historic District (400 Arch Street) is our meeting location for a day-long journey through a hypothetical PRP scenario with interactive breakout sessions.

*The registration fee includes all conference sessions, meals (breakfast, lunch, snack break) and happy hour networking session.
